LL1424HP Underwater Acoustic Transducer

The Lubell Labs LL1424HP operates effectively within a frequency range of 200 Hz to 9 kHz. It has a maximum sound pressure level (SPL) of 197dB/uPa/m @ 600Hz and a nominal impedance of 4 ohms, which varies with frequency (refer to the US Navy Z plot or tabular data for details). The LL-1424HP is designed for use in rivers, lakes, and oceans, featuring a durable MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodize and an 8-mil PPG Amerlock II epoxy finish. The LL1424HP is housed in a heavy-duty 316 stainless steel cage equipped with an isolation mounting system.

The Lubell Labs LL1424HP is equipped with a Subconn MCBH3MAS underwater mateable bulkhead connector. It includes a 50-foot, 16/3 Subconn SOOW cable that is fitted with a Speakon NL4FC connector for connecting to the Lubell LL1424HP transformer box. Custom SOOW cable assemblies of various lengths and gauges can be special-ordered, with an expected delivery lead time of 8 to 12 weeks.
